To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept returns and exchanges for online and store items.   EXCLUDING CLEARANCE ITEMS.   Please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

You must receive a Return Authorization Number in order to return or exchange.  You can get a Return Authorization Number by emailing info@lidldollys.com.  The Return Authorization Number must be on the outside of the box.

All items, EXCLUDING CLEARANCE ITEMS, purchased online or in the store must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  After 30 days items, EXCLUDING CLEARANCE ITEMS can be EXCHANGED only for an item of the same or greater value.  If exchanging for an item of greater value, we will contact you with the Amount due.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please be sure ALL items are accompanied with a Return Authorization Number, a copy of your receipt or packing list and a completed Return / Exchange Form. Click here for Return / Exchange Form. ALL items must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, dirt, etc. with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.  We will only issue a refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Returned item(s) not received in original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
