To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept returns and exchanges for online and store items. Please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.
All items, EXCLUDING CLEARANCE ITEMS, purchased online or in the store must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. After 30 days items can be EXCHANGED only for an item of the same or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, we will contact you with the Amount due. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be sure ALL items are accompanied by a copy of your receipt or packing list and a completed Return / Exchange Form. Click here for Return / Exchange Form. ALL items must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, dirt, etc. with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. We will only issue a refund if the item is returned in its original condition.
